What is a Cabaret?
A cabaret is a performance of musical numbers in an intimate and casual setting perfect for performers to try out materials.
How do I sign up to sing on a Cabaret?
When you sign up via Paypal, you will emailed a form to be completed by September 15th and emailed back to Lauren@callbackcompany.com
What does it cost to sing on the Disney Cabaret?
The performer’s fee is $50. You can take advantage of an hour coaching with Julie or Lauren (up to $125 value) by selecting “Performer Fee and Coaching” for $75. Members perform for free, of course.
How do I pay for Fees or Tickets?
Please find the Paypal link below. You may also pay via cash or CC at the door.
What should I sing on the Autumn Unplugged Cabaret?
Your song selection may be from any genre. You may perform with your own instrument or with piano accompaniment. Please submit TWO selections and we will choose accordingly.
When will we rehearse for the Autumn Unplugged Cabaret?
The rehearsal at the Rome City Auditorium will be from 5-6:30pm (just before the performance at 7:00pm). Each performer will be given a 10 minute time slot for their rehearsal with Julie (the pianist). If you feel that you need more time, you may schedule a private coaching with Julie@callbackcompany.com
What is the appropriate attire for this event?
Please wear an audition appropriate outfit - dress/skirt, slacks or nice jeans. We prefer no shorts.
How much are tickets to this event?
Tickets are $20 (for Premium on-stage seating) and $10 General Admission (in the hall’s theatre seating)
Will there be food or beverages at this event?
There will be light refreshments available for stage seating. Neither food nor drink is permitted in the General Admission seating area.
